The team of the Aruba International Film Festival (AIFF) consists of local and international leadership and volunteer support staff. AIFF leadership regularly travels to other film festivals and special events, establishing partnerships to gain unique perspectives, ideas and insights that will allow the AIFF to continue to build its identity, not only within the Caribbean and South American regions, but also around the world.
